I booked this cleaning service to prepare my home for Airbnb guests. I specifically requested sweeping, mopping, wiping down kitchen countertops, cleaning the bathrooms, and changing the sheets. The owner confirmed on Sunday that she would arrive Monday morning by 11:00. By noon she still hadn’t arrived or sent any message, so I reached out. She replied that she would be there at noon but didn’t show up until 12:45. When she finally arrived, she walked in, commented that “this looks like a residence not an Airbnb,” and left without attempting to clean or even discuss the agreed-upon tasks. I now have guests arriving tomorrow and no cleaner. This was completely unprofessional, unreliable, and left me in a very difficult position. I would not recommend this service to anyone who values communication, reliability, or professionalism.
