I would NOT recommend, we wasted time getting up all the documents that was needed, my mother in law needs a place for herself to live, she is disabled and by herself, she just needed something reasonable priced. The USDA program we applied for got her rent to $280, which is wonderful as she does not get much of a disability check to live on, BUT... the bad thing is she can't move in, cause in order for her to move in, Carrollton Club is forcing her to pay like an extra $665 for a food program that she does not want. So she can't afford to stay here on her disability check, plus pay utilities and her medicines and gas. It's really sad that they force this 665 plus the 280, then they wanted a $900 deposit, at the same time as the rent, but she does not have all that, they could have let her know months ago about that much deposit. They are not there to help people that need it. They were nothing but a waste of time, she waited about 5 months on a waiting list, got her hopes up just to dash them. They shouldn't make you sign up for this $665 meal thing if you don't want to. They are just greedy taking advantage of elderly and disabled people. I wish the USDA could do something to them about this, i have submitted a complaint, but doubt they can change the policy of C.Club.<br>I would suggest looking for another place. This place is not looking out for anyone but themselves.
