The community has a strong Catholic identity, with daily Mass and resident Sisters of Saint Joseph, and many families report years of positive experiences in the residential levels of care.

What is a CCRC or LifeCare Community?

A Community with a Continuum of Care (CCRC), allows seniors the ability to “age in place” by providing, in addition to an independent living residence, access to all living options and health care services. All potential future needs are met by having assisted living, various levels of nursing care, Alzheimer’s and other dementias care, and rehabilitation, or short term nursing care, all in one location.

Residents of The Village, the independent senior living homes, have priority access to live in our other senior health care related residences if their needs change in the future.

This provides tremendous ease of mind knowing that you will remain close to friends, no matter what happens and never have to move away from our campus. In addition to the available senior care levels, our Village independent living residents are provided with a service package designed to provide a carefree, fun lifestyle. Transportation, activities, interior and exterior maintenance, flexible dining services and utilities are just a few of the services available at Nazareth.

No more need to think about traffic and how to get to a special scheduled activity in St Louis, cleaning and maintaining your home, what to cook for dinner and tracking and paying utility bills. Spend time with friends and family, or explore / rediscover an old or new hobby instead!

Attended a class at Nazareth. The community is very big so I was not familiar with the layout. Somehow, I got lost trying to find my car on the way back.

Then an employee (I think her name was Doris) noticed I was lost and offered to show me how to get back to the AL parking lot. So thankful!! Great customer service!!

I would like to recognize Paula R. for the exceptional care and dedication she provides every day. She consistently goes above and beyond in caring for us and makes a positive difference in the lives of everyone around her.
Paula not only takes excellent care of the residents, but she also supports and cares for the staff. Her kindness, compassion, and willingness to help do not go unnoticed.
I am certainly not the only person who feels this way. Many of us regularly praise Paula because we all know how wonderful she is and how much she contributes to making this facility a caring and supportive place. Her hard work, positive attitude, and genuine concern for others are truly appreciated.

Thank you, Paula, for everything you do. Your dedication and compassion mean more than words can express.

Tabatha Carson and the wellness team are absolutely wonderful! I was blessed to attend the Mother's Day event and met some of the kindest people. The room was decorated beautifully and the residents and their families gave Tabatha so many compliments which made me so proud! I had a great time and can't wait to see what Tabatha and team do next!

Erin is a total gem! She made a really difficult time so much easier for our family. From the get-go, she was incredibly supportive, answering all our questions with patience and understanding. It was clear she genuinely cared about finding the best fit for my mom. Thanks to Erin, we feel confident that my mom is in a safe, caring environment. I can't recommend her enough!

My Mom was at Nazareth for rehab and then skilled nursing care. They were not equipped to deal with a dementia patient. She got horrible care, if at all. Sometimes she was in the same clothes 3 days in a row, so she was sleeping in her clothes! She would pull the cord to get help and no one would come for over an hour. Then they would say it wasn’t their job. She got Covid and RSV during the short time she was there. She lost over 30 pounds during that time. No one assisted her with meals if we weren’t there. She was supposed to get healthy shakes to gain weight back and did not get them unless we were there. It was very expensive with awful care. I was relieved to find a better facility that was actually cheaper.
