Nashoba Park

Nashoba Park is an assisted living community in Ayer, Massachusetts, professionally managed by Senior Living Residences. The community occupies a restored 1928 building that was formerly the Community Memorial Hospital, listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The restored building features the original brick façade with ornamental lintels of locally quarried stone, decorative wood cornice, and interior design with brass fixtures and warm tones of green and terracotta, along with a two-story addition that created modern amenities and a fully enclosed courtyard with a fountain.
