About Namaste Health

Namaste Health is a home health and hospice provider based in Centennial, Colorado, offering wound care, physical therapy, and end-of-life support to patients in their homes.

Families consistently praise individual staff members by name, particularly wound care nurse Angel, physical therapists Dwight and David, and nurses Riley and Cindy, for clinical skill, attentiveness, and emotional support during vulnerable moments. One family wrote that Angel was "pure joy" and "on time for appointments, cheerful, and helpful." Reviewers highlight how staff members listen carefully, explain treatment clearly, and coordinate flexibly around family schedules. Several families noted marked improvement in their loved ones' conditions under Namaste's care, from faster surgical recovery to better wound healing and quality of life.

The service is rated 4.6 out of 5 stars across 163 reviews. A small number of negative experiences stand out: one family felt unprepared for end-of-life timelines and found certain staff dismissive, and another was frustrated by unclear improvement criteria and abrupt service discontinuation. These exceptions suggest that care quality and communication may vary by clinician or circumstance, though the overwhelming majority of families report strong, compassionate partnerships with their assigned teams.

Their scheduling is terrible never knew when anyone was going to show up until sometimes the day before mostly the day of very hard to plan anything. Most the time I was texting them trying to find out a schedule. We were suppose to have 6 weeks but only had 5 weeks of PT. Everyone was nice though. Just horrible time management

I am so grateful to have Namaste in my life now and thank you dearly for assigning Angel to me. She is truly amazing and you are so lucky to have her (and we are too!) I’d keep her if I could :)

And even though my time the Dwight was short, he helped me more than any other PT I’ve worked with in the past 18 years.

Angel and her work colleagues (Kathy)came into our situation and showed love and compassion from the first minute walking through the door. We knew tough times were ahead but they did everything to ease our pain and give my wonderful friend and peaceful end to her story.

I would certainly recommend Angel to anyone who would ask about her. I'm sorry our sessions ended

Does Medicare cover care from Namaste Health?

Yes. Namaste Health is a Medicare-certified home health agency, so Medicare Part A or Part B pays in full for skilled nursing, therapy and home health aide visits when a doctor orders them and the patient is homebound. There is no copay for covered home health visits. Medicare rates the agency's quality of patient care 4.0 out of 5 stars.

Do I need a referral to use Namaste Health?

For Medicare to pay, yes: a doctor, nurse practitioner or physician assistant must certify that care is needed and sign a plan of care. Families can call the agency first, and the agency will usually contact the doctor to arrange the order. Ongoing help with bathing, meals and companionship is a different service, non-medical home care, which needs no referral.
