Awful experience. Never same providers or clinicians . They call you for everything eight times . Cannot find their way to your home …. Not engaged with patient because no consistency . I’m a nurse 37 years with very ill husband . I would never recommend this home health service . My husband fell with provider present no notation of the fall and she signed him off her service . Who does that ? Ridiculous

The nurse I had for over a year was great. The help I received from the Conway/ Myrtle Beach office was terrible it was their way or the hwy . They wanted to change my nurse or be referred to another company . Their way or the hwy

Hands down Bayada Home Health are AWESOME! As a Stage 3 Colon Cancer Survior they have gone beyond the call of duty. It amazes me with the level of expertise each of the entire Staff have shown me from the Nurses to PT and OT they are #1 in my book. I’m had to recently use MUSC Health at Home by BAYADA starting 06/23/2022-08/25/2022. I had the best experience w/ the Nurse, LPN & OT. Never had to have Home Health before until then & everyone was so caring at all times. This was the 1st time ever having to use home health so needless to say I was very nervous etc. Definitely do not have 1 complaint about them. Will most definitely refer this company to anyone I hear that needs to use Home Health. Recently 11/02/2022 my surgeon wanted me to start OT/PT again. I immediately told him I wanted to use Bayada again. Not a problem w/ my referral both times & always got a call the day of referral or next morning. Also the RN’s, LPN, PT & OT most also definitely call you in a timely manner. They also always stay in touch w/ you all the time. Again, I couldn’t ask for a better experience & if you need a Home Health company to use most definitely use Bayada you won’t be disappointed. Thanks again BAYADA!!
