My Mom had a storage unit and a lady who owned the condo unit down the hall from her said that she could use the extra storage unit since she was no longer using it and had moved out of her condo unit. So we put stuff in that extra available storage unit, when she sold her condo, the extra storage unit was needed for the new tenant. So maintenance moved all of my Mom’s stuff out of extra storage unit without letting her know and charged her $25.00 to move it in the maintenance storage unit, she found out it was moved when she got her bill for $25.00. My Sister went to maintenance storage unit and got my Mom’s stuff only to find out later that some of her daughter’s electronics were missing. 😤😡

We moved here in 2013. Best place on the beach. Affordable. You get a lot for what you pay. Staff is kind and caring. Fun activities. Our happy place.

Friendly, caring, great safe place for seniors to live. Still a great place for us "retired folks". Nice to have one bill for all services including cable, electric, water & sewer, dinner every day, security, activities and housecleaning plus more. Been here since 2016. Most affordable senior living.

Moved to Covenant Towers 3 years ago. Could not be much happier. Lowest monthly fees in the area cover just about everything - scrumptious dinner daily, housekeeping, 24 hour security, utilities, excellent facilities, variety of activities on and off a beautiful campus! Good neighbors & friends with common interests. Located in the woods along Pine Lakes Country Club, just a few blocks from the beach. Close to everything but away from it all.
