My experience with this company has been so disappointing. The lack of communication and not documenting things correctly is mind blowing. The personnel were all kind and seemingly caring, however the fact that things went without being communicated left us feeling less than cared for. A week after my sister's passing, my brother-in-la was contacted and asked what he needed for this week's appointment. This is just one of many examples of the lack of communication and of not documenting things properly.

I would rather leave no stars this company is ridiculous and don’t care about their patients.. they want to make excuses for why they can’t or won’t I should say do anything. If you can avoid them please do you’ll be better off. My husband didn’t go to med school he’s a 100% disabled vet and they have him doing their job. Just avoid at all cost even the clinical managers will lie and talk bout you but yet they don’t know what you have or don’t have. She had a horrible attitude which was uncalled for. AVOID!!!!!

They don’t have consistency. Everyone that comes out to work you have to train a new person. Over & over. Different person every time. The staff is very nice.

Horrible, horrible, horrible…….0 stars…….This is the company you call if you don’t love your loved ones. I’ve never seen a healthcare service like this one. I picked this company because of them having MUSC name connected to them. I know what type of service you get at MUSC hospital so I thought we would get the same service with the healthcare. No way close, This healthcare should not be affiliated with MUSC, It gives MUSC a bad name. They were The healthcare that came out to take care of my Dad’s foot after his toe amputation. Every time they came, never have no supplies always saying supplies is a problem or Supplies is on back order. When I ask the nurse about the supplies and the care she replied I understand and I total agree with what you are saying and understand your frustration. They are a healthcare service right! so you should have supplies or know how to get them. This time with them was a waste of money from the insurance company and a waste of time. I would never recommend them to anyone. I called the Director to see if we could resolve this issue; talking to her was like talking to a duck, waiting for an answer. All I can say is never use this company never use this company.

This company calls when they feel like to make appointments and if you have a conflict with your schedule they put you down as a refusal of services. The only time they are in a hurry to contact you is when a complaint is made. Also the rehab manager named Eric does not like when a call is made to cancel services due the lack of. As an explanation was being made he abruptly told me services are cancelled and hung the phone up on me. With that being said this company will not be used again and needs a lot more training done.
