I give this place 0 stars. I am a patient here. My nurse Tiara would not give me pain medicine because I forgot to ask her for it when she in here at 5:30 am this morning. They continue turn off the call button for us to get help. I reached out to Beverly the Director of Nursing and she never came back. Ilike she said. KNOW BEFORE YOU GO the cnas make us feel like we should not press the call button.I have repeatedly asked to be changed and the cna Sarah won't come.

DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONE’S AT THIS HORRIBLE FACILITY. A resident asked a nurse supervisor for help to the bathroom she told the resident that she wasn’t her CNA the resident asked another nurse was also told she wasn’t her CNA either. The resident had to wait until an Aide was available to assist her to the bathroom. From Jameisha to the Supervisors are rude very disrespectful don’t have any kind of professionalism only time they are seen on the floors is when they come out walking the halls and see something wrong hollering at the staff wanting them to do it never interacts with the residents. Only thing they’re good for sitting up in the office or outside smoking. Out of all the years working in Nursing facilities this is the worst nursing home ever very nasty and dirty

DO NOT PUT YOUR FAMILY HERE! This place is horrible the place need to be remodeled, there is roaches and bugs crawling everywhere even in the beds with some of the people. Not to mention some of the workers are horrible to the patients. I think her name Gloria they say she really only work in the mornings but she is very rude and mean to everybody. We’ve heard her yelling and screaming at residents. The workers say she hides in the rooms and doesn’t change or clean anyone and that she gives everywhere the “hard groups.” I would not recommend this place to anyone. I’m glad I was only visiting a church member cause I would hate for my family to be in here. Zero stars. Run immediately
