Staff are simply abusive to some of the residents and when someone stands up and says something about it they respond with an organized retaliation often taking it out on the resident. While villainizing or discrediting the person who spoke thus coming up with just cause to have that person banned from being on the property. They are selective however on who they pick on based on who and what they know.
