Our family is incredibly grateful for the care my mom received at Copper Ridge Care Center during her rehabilitation following multiple hospital stays this year. The staff was consistently kind, attentive, and compassionate, making a difficult time much easier for both my mom and our family. The physical therapy department deserves special recognition. They were encouraging, motivating, and knew exactly how to push my mom in the best possible way to help her regain strength and confidence. A heartfelt thank you to Nicole, who was always patient, responsive, and willing to answer every question I had. She guided me through the entire process with kindness and reassurance, and I always knew I could count on her. I’d also like to recognize Addison Simonis and Haleigh for the genuine care, compassion, and concern they showed my mom. Their kindness made a lasting impression on our mom. The only recurring issue we experienced was with my mom’s clothing. Despite being clearly labeled, items were lost during each of her four stays this year. While this was frustrating, it did not overshadow the excellent care and dedication shown by the staff. Thank you to everyone at Copper Ridge for helping my mom through her recovery. We truly appreciate all that you did for her and our family.

Absolutely horrible place. My grandma went there after a hip surgery. First she was given the wrong medication, then a couple weeks later they overdosed her on Norco saying she wasn't absorbing it right.....huh? So because of this was sent to the er where they were going to intibate her but decided not to because she probably wasn't going to make it so they decided to keep her comfortable until she passed. I mean she was Grey and looked like death. Well the next day she was sitting up eating breakfast like she wasn't almost dead....she was overdosed. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES THERE!

I went there to visit a dear friend and they were very courteous help me get to where she was and I enjoyed my time with her it's a nice place to convalescent thank you

We did not have a good experience. Small things could have been avoided before turning into bigger issues. My dad had a rough last month of his life before passing. We thought a care facility would give him the best chance of recovery after a below the knee amputation. This turned into 10 days of problems. First new pressure sores on his good foot. Then a horrible rash on his bottom from being rubbed raw and being placed and left on a bedpan. Then another increased infection in the amputation site. I feel like his care at copper ridge only contributed to his decline. He would have been better off just being at home. This is a choice I now have to think about and live with. Medical care in Shasta County is terrible in general but I will never recommend anyone to this facility. The only good thing at copper ridge is the physical therapy area. I hope for anyone that ever goes there you get better care than my dad did. And make sure to speak up and advocate for yourself and the care you deserve
