Mountain Vistas

Mountain Vistas is an affordable housing community for low-income seniors aged 62 and older located in Redding, California. The community consists of 56 one-bedroom apartments and provides independent living with support services including a service coordinator to help residents connect to community and medical services.

The community is situated within blocks of the River Trail and close to the Sundial Bridge at Turtle Bay, offering residents access to local recreational and cultural landmarks in the Redding area.

Mountain Vistas welcomes pets in resident apartments, including common household pets and service or assistance animals. Pet owners are subject to rules regarding registration, inoculation, waste disposal, and restraint in common areas to maintain a safe and sanitary living environment, though these rules do not apply to assistance animals.

The community maintains a non-smoking policy throughout all premises, including apartments and common areas. Residents must sign a non-smoking agreement upon residency.
