My dad was at this facility for a number of years.. therapists are wonderful, nurses are so so some are great some don’t care at all. When it came to the response from a call light, during the week it was less than five minutes on the weekends forget it you could maybe not see someone for over an hour or two.. My dad passed away in this facility this year in 2026 and I have not heard anything from them since not a card not a flower arrangement nothing.. not even a call.

Every time I visit staff are kind, caring and helpful. The facility is clean and well kept with lovely outdoor sitting areas, a living room type foyer where they often have musical performances, games and a TV and fireplace. There’s always something going on and residents get a daily “newspaper” describing upcoming events, including information, puzzles and more. My friend who is staying here couldn’t be happier. She feels well cared for and is enjoying meeting all the amazing people in her new community. When talking to the staff they will all say it’s by far the best facility they’ve worked in and I can see why.

Had my grandmother here in memory care and felt comforted knowing she had a team of staff that genuinely cared for her and my grandfather who was there almost daily. 💗
