I’ve visited mountain ridge health and rehab several times and every time I can say it is very nice and clean. The clients there are all taken very good care off. Always with clean clothes and out visiting with others. They love visitors. So if you get a chance to stop by and say hello, drop in and if you have snack cakes the clients there will love you even more! I spent Halloween with them and it was an eye opener. The staff at Mountain Ridge are very caring and compassionate care givers.

My family and I had a wonderful experience with Mountain Ridge Health and Rehab. From the moment our loved one was admitted, we felt welcomed and reassured by the caring and compassionate staff. The nurses and CNAs went above and beyond to make sure all needs were met, and they always treated our family member with dignity and respect. Communication was excellent—any time we had questions or concerns, someone was always available to help and keep us informed. The therapy team was also amazing and played a huge role in our loved one’s progress. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and has a warm, home-like atmosphere. It truly gave us peace of mind knowing our loved one was in such good hands. We are so grateful to everyone at Mountain Ridge for the care, kindness, and dedication they show every day. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for quality care for their loved one.

The staff at this facility are so kind and compassionate! Every single time I am here for a visit I find that the residents are happy, smiling and well cared for. The staff greet me when I enter and walk down the halls. This is an excellent center for care for your loved one and you can tell that the staff truly care about their residents and take pride in their work.
