Worked with them for a bit. Felt very pushy about using every amount of service. Felt very rude and if needing help I was made to feel stupid and inadequate when their system fails. Families with children that are disabled are busy and have a life. But if we want to venture out in Colorado we have to ask them for help which is a problem. When we have to recert (video call) with their employees they are in cars, (like I intruded on her day) the conversation feels very pushy, and she seems uninterested to hear of our life. My overall first experience working with this company and working with the CES wavier was extremely stressful and confusing. My respite provider was lacking and not providing respite services to my family. So in return they decided to not give my family respite services any longer because “they had to many employees and to go look for other companies to provide services” even though I already had a respite provider hired in with them. She was unable to provide services because a thing called life came into play for her family. A huge death of a new YOUNG father took his life. Do you even understand what that does to a family?? So I understand why she wasn’t able to help and watch my disabled daughter. However to have you guys just drop her and my family basically is pathetic of you guys. I talked with Developmental pathways and they said they’ve NEVER heard a company do this to a family. They heard my concerns and directed me to a new company “Colorado family caregivers” and it was the best thing I ever did. Not only do they do CNA at the highest paid amount, they also do CES Wavier and other waivers TOGETHER! No bullcrap with this company and even with the most annoying question or task they are more than eager to help and assist. You can hear the kindness and compassion in their voice. This company (mountain high home care) even now, when asking for a simple document of a 10/99 and further questioning that was addressed when first hired on, just to confirm. They still want to be petty and only give simple blank answers instead of helpfulness. I’m disgusted that you guys call yourself a company to help families. Yall are rude and lazy. I can’t believe I was naïve enough to be apart of your company. Go to Colorado family caregivers. The transition was easy and they are amazing.

Amazing agency with incredibly helpful and kind and friendly owners. Daniela is fantastic and cares so much about getting her clients the care they need, and knows and is familiar with all her clients by name. I would recommend them to anybody!

The transition of my child to an adult waiver was overwhelming and scary. There was no guidebook on how to navigate, what questions to ask and how to go about finding the right resources and company that is best for my son's situation. In my attempt to find answers and understand the DD waiver and to find a residential PASA I interviewed well over a dozen companies. I found that not all companies knew important pieces of the waivers and the offerings varied greatly. Quite a few wanted to negotiate the percentage of cost. Some went as far as telling me they had to discuss the factors with their supervisors. We weren't discussing a material transaction and some operated as if we were! I knew within 5 minutes of the interview with Daniela at Mountain High Home Care that we were "home". Daniela took the time to explain pieces of the waiver that did not necessarily apply to her company but that she wanted me to be educated on. She is patient and knowledgable. Once I decided to go with Mountain High, on-boarding and getting all of the required pieces to become a FCG was simple and I had the support of Daniela in every step. Now that my child is on the adult waiver, Mountain High has been supportive and extremely responsive should a question arise. Explanations as to the "why" things such as documentation is needed really helps me understand and become a better caregiver. Daniela has provided all of this for me. The BIGGEST reason I chose Mountain High Home Care is because they care about the person behind the waiver. My son's best interests are placed first. I am heard, my concerns and questions are heard (and answered) and my son is treated with respect. I will definitely recommend Daniela and her team to other families I know that are soon to transition from child to adult waivers. I have 100% confidence in this company.
