My Mother and I met with Josie yesterday to tour the facility. I cannot express how welcoming and beautiful the facilities and staff are. The campus is not only beautiful, but very thoughtfully laid out. My mother picked a studio apartment on the third floor with a fantastic view. Head and shoulders above all places we visited and we are excited for mom’s new chapter here. Thanks again to Josie for patiently asking all our questions for four hours to make us feel seen and heard. 💪🏻🤠

Morningstar Old Town is a bright and cheerful facility with all the services that my mother needs on-site for assisted living. The courtyards and decks make it easy to get outside while the lobby feels like that of a resort hotel. The admissions and move-in staff are very helpful and available if sometimes a little uncoordinated. My mother likes that the cook from her previous independent location preceded her move here. My only complaint is that the electronic system to fill out the extensive resident agreement was very tedious and lacked the option to decline binding arbitration.

Choosing memory care for someone you love is never easy, but this community gave us such peace of mind. The staff are truly compassionate and treat each resident with dignity, patience, and kindness. The environment is warm, clean, and thoughtfully designed for those living with memory loss. What stood out most was the genuine care shown not only to the residents, but to our family as well. Communication was clear, and during difficult moments, they handled everything with grace. We are deeply grateful for the love and professionalism shown here and would highly recommend the old town morning star community to anyone seeking quality memory care.

Candice and her team are wonderful! From my first meeting with Alec through move-in and beyond, the Morningstar Old Town team has been exceptional. They treat everyone with genuine kindness and compassion and are always eager to help. The facility itself is top-notch in every aspect. My family could not be happier with the decision to place our loved one in Morningstar’s caring hands.

When we were in the process of finding my mother a new home, we researched so many Senior Living Communities. As soon as we walked in, we were in awe of how beautiful everything is. I am a social worker, and have been into a lot of senior communities, and I can say, I have never been in such a beautiful community with such amazing amenities. Joise was amazing and all of the staff we met during our initial tour were friendly, compassionate, and approachable. We moved my mother in September, and she is very happy. The community has been so friendly and she has already made so many new friends. They all support each other, the residents and the staff. We are so very grateful the move-in process was smooth. It was a very difficult transition, moving across the country, and leaving her life in a different state. However, she has felt so supported since the very first day. Thank you Morning Star!
