Mom stayed there for over a year. The nursing staff was very attentive to Mom's needs , she had dementia. My sister was there every day so she got to know the nurses very well. I want to Thank You All for helping Mom She loved the activities that you had for them, that enriched her life rather than being at home watching TV and not engaging with family as much as she did here, she thrived here, she needed to be here, You're Facility kept her going .... God Bless You All 🙏❤️

My mom moved into Columbine West Skilled Nursing this year. I unexpectedly needed to move her from an assisted living facility to somewhere else, and Columbine West came highly recommended by a friend whose dad had done rehab there. We have been very happy with the attentiveness of the staff, how much they care about the people they are taking care of and the quality of her care. Mom is doing great in her new home!

My mom has been at Columbine since late September 2022. We were hopeful that she would have a limited rehab stay and possibly go back home. It quickly became apparent that she would be staying long term. I don't live nearby, so call frequently to get updates on her health. My experience with the staff has been very positive. On several occasions, they have gone above and beyond to make sure I was able to speak with her which put my mind at ease. They are kind and caring and take time to speak with me when I have questions. I have visited a few times and witnessed the compassionate care of the staff. Everyone is friendly and willing to listen. We are extremely GRATEFUL for everyone that works there and the kindness they shown her and our family. I would especially like to acknowledge Sampson and Anne, just a few of the wonderful charge nurses on the West station. We appreciate you!! Thank you all so much.

My dear brother lives in Columbine West Skilled Nursing. He moved in during the pandemic so we were unable to go in with him or see him for many months. The staff was AWESOME in making him feel at home. They decorated his room with all his things and even though the transition was hard, the wonderful staff did everything possible to make it as seamless as possible. Our brother has lived there for 2 years now and this will remain his home for the rest of his life. He loves all his caregivers and the other residents. We could not be happier with the care our brother receives at Columbine West.

My mom has been a resident at Columbine West Health and Rehab for 5 years. She receives compassionate and tender care each day. The music programs and activities offered to her have enriched her life. The entire stand has appropriately kept me apprised of her health and needs. The staff has made our journey through Alzheimer’s much less stressful. I am forever indebted to EVERYONE who works there.
