They know why I'm not recommending them. If they don't, maybe management can ask the night shift CNAs what they felt like doing in one of the deceased residents rooms instead of providing the services they're contracted to provide.

Also, they've deleted the ability to leave a review on their Facebook. If a company doesn't have something to hide, why would they take away the ability to leave a review?

Just something to consider if you're looking for QUALITY care for your senior loved ones.

***********
Editing to update:

According to management, apparently a wild, black and white striped animal broke into my deceased loved one's room the night she passed. They are aware of the "wildlife issue" on the first floor. So instead of responding in a professional manner (such as, thank you for contacting us, this matter will be under invesigation), they felt the need to gaslight my family members with an unbelievable and disrespectful story.

Take their response to our concerns into consideration as well. Do you want a facility that is truthful about the care your loved one is receiving? Because if they're going to feed our family a far-fetched story like this after our loved one has passed (without offering any condolences by the way), what else have they not been truthful about?
