The caregivers here are generally neglectful, and I've heard from people who work here that some even refuse to care for "difficult" patients. The atmosphere here is depressing and heart-breaking.

Rooms are not cleaned regularly, patients are sedated more than necessary to make them less active and "less troublesome", sores on patients are not given proper care as directed by physicians, and when patients fall family is not notified.
