I wish I could give this place zero stars. This is by far the worst place I have ever encountered to being a loved one. Watch out if you have someone here that you care about. You will be risking their life. These people are the most incompetent staff I have ever encountered. The nurses have zero experience and don’t know what to do in emergencies. It seems to be a management problem. I reported them to the state. It’s that awful.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. My dad started at a different rehabilitation facility that nobody in my family had a good experience with. I made one phone call to Stacie at Montesano Health and Rehabilitation Center, and they took care of everything. They moved my dad after their normal hours the same day I requested. This place is bright and welcoming, and all the staff is friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help us in a tough situation. If I could give 6 stars I would.
