We had a loved one that had to go to rehab after a knee replacement. This facility provided her with care beyond our expectations. We had many questions and staff answered them as quickly and thoroughly as possible. Each person that had any interaction with mom was kind and compassionate. Although a bit outdated, this facility was very clean. The food was plentiful and liked almost every day. Thankful for each and every person that helped on the path to healing.

Upon entering, I noticed staff was preoccupied with cellphones. The staff at the front desk never greeted or acknowledged I had walked in and when asking questions I had about the facility, They were unpleasant. Very poor customer service

Pretty sure the idea of letting patients who contracted COVID die alone ended a long time ago. Recently admitted dementia patient on hospice now has tested positive for COVID and they refuse to allow visitors. For a hospice patient. Deplorable.
