I want to thank the administration dept for all their help when I had a problem they took care of it and made it better ! The girls in the physical therapy I will never forget you get me to where I had to be with care, kindness, much patience and a lot of love thank you from my heart. The nurses and aides especially the ones that worked in my room thank you for getting me through some of the darkest times! There are so many names and I don’t want to forget any one but you know who you are ! Always Barbara S

Very clean and well cared for facility with staff that pays attention to their residents and communicates with the authorized person. I have been favorably impressed. This small facility is better than the larger modern one my family was in before.

Must READ: If I can rate this place my sisters and I will give this place no 00 stars! ! They are careless of their patients. MY DAD WAS exposed to two patients with the Covid virus. He is now in the ICU fighting for his life! He was also left unsupervised and eloped from the facility. They had no clue of what he was even wearing that day!! They didn’t care for him at all. THE ONLY WAY was if you called them out on it. I had to file a couples of complaints to the CDPH. They neglected to take care of my father period. There doctor had been on “so call vacation for over a month”! The staff is the worse very rude, new graduates never have any information when you ask them about their patients information of any type when their not even when meds are giving. Their meals are poor. They don’t even worry about the high hygienes! I can continue to write and honestly I will never finish. I will never recommend this place to ANY ONE AT ALL. Please take it from our family experience. If you really want real patient care please DO NOT PLACE THEM HERE. 7-12-2020. My father passed away 🙏🏻9-20 due to wanna be nurses that are very incompetent , useless and not to say careless of OUR love ones! If you have a heart you will NOT place your parents here! RUBY M

I was transferred here last night. Don't believe the website. They state private and semi-private rooms. I'm sharing a room with three women, none of which get up.. The facility smells like urine, with several elderly people asleep in the hallways when I arrived at 10pm The special air-flow mattress my surgeon required for post-op recovery doesn't work. No one knows how to fix it. Itls like trying to sleep on a brick. I've received no meds yet, which include blood thinners, to prevent more blood clots, heart and high blood pressure meds, etc. They said they haven't been delivered. They don't have any of the medical supplies I use several times a day. I will have to start reusing dirty ones. Avoid this facility!

Recently, our family had a loved one in the hospice care room here. The facility was very clean and the care was excellent. Especially at a time like this, the attentiveness and loving concern was more than appreciated. From the kind Administrator on down, each person we dealt with was gracious and respectful. The staff at Montclair Manor made this heartbreaking time a little easier for us. Our thanks always.
