So many of the staff in this facility really truly do care about the patients. Its hard to find that in nursing home environments. It can get lost in the profit and governent side of things but I feel like iv witnessed the love and compassion pouring out of this place with bedside care and activity. There's always something happening. Even if its a simple themed outfit week event. Nursing, cna, kitchen, activities, housekeeping,therapy and even the behind the scenes people like a social worker or business manager, dietitian, speech therapist, administor, diatiation, pa, don, receptionist, hair stylist,sceudlers Everyone really takes pride They offer a on the sight barber salon, in house services that you can be scheduled for such as podiatry, hearing, eye, dental. They have a full time bus driver who takes people to apts all week long. In house therapy for the rehab unit. Is this place perfect No. Is any place ever perfect? No. They invest in the bedside and the paitents care. That matters when you have a loved one needing full time care.The environment feels like a home for a lot of people and that's bc they dont run it like its all about a profit.

The staff is very nice a works to resolve issues and ensure a safe environment for everyone. Many activities for residents and people who stay here seem to be very comfortable with everything going on. I was able to have my wife bring our lab for a visit which made him and me very happy, we both needed to visit each other (our dog and I).

We had such a great experience with Interscect of Cedar Springs. Our neighbor that we care for went there for short term care. Unfortunately he ended up needing long term care and shortly after passed. The staff took amazing care of him. Everyone was so friendly and caring with the patients and visitors. It really felt like a family there. The care and administrative staff worked with us to make sure we understood what was happening with him in his journey and what we needed to do. I would highly recommend the facility if your family member needs care.

My mom was there under Hospice care and they were amazing!!! My dad is currently there and is thriving. He enjoys his roommate, the social activities and the staff is caring, involved and wonderful. When we visit the facility is clean, the residents well taken care of and the staff keep me informed. I highly recommend the Cedar Springs facility.

Jen. The head of the facility is not professional she takes no responsibility for her staff's actions. I was berated because I did not remind her of appointments . The physical therapy department isn't any better. My husband, the patient had no goals. I had difficulty learning a procedure. The staff wouldn't change their learning style and showed obvious frustration
