This place is awful my brother was there for 1 1/2 month the staff were very rude unprofessional I well never take anyone is love there and the administration Julie all she cares about is the money I have night mares of this place I pray everyday for all thoes patients 🙏 so im openings up a investigation on them thank you lord my brother got discharge yesterday now I can sleep good at night know he's not being neglected thank you lord 🙏 Jesus

Be on top of your medications especially coming from the hospital, My father was having behavioral issues and pulling on tubes and come to find out his meds was discontinued but was ordered from hospital and no family was informed. He was on it for over 10+ years. Once that was taken cared of everything was okay. Very accommodating to needs compared to similar places.staff to patient ratio is high but staff is friendly.

Cleaner than most sub acute rehab facilities, people expect it to be a 5 star hotel but it’s not. I learned 5 star facility is not 5 star hotel. They run on the minimum required staffing hours by the state so nurses are sometimes coming in expected to do a 12hour job on less hours and sometimes the work of 4 gets split into 3 nurses. Care is provided mostly provided by the CNA and LVN. The CNA are responsible for getting the residents basic needs and making sure they are well cleaned and groomed. The LVN are responsible for med pass, g tube feeding and suctioning the phlegm from the trache. They have an RN that sits at the desk answering phone calls and answering questions. Social Service is also easy to get a hold of when having concerns. Overall place could be better and could use more staff but better than most of what’s currently out there.

My name is Dolores and no one has reached out to me concerning the review I posted. Of course Not.Maria LVN is till working there an Julie from admissions. Don't know about 5he 2 respiratory therapists or the CN A Angie (Noone cares about the patients that go to mission Care in Riverside ca.its all about the money. That's all
