horrible, disgusting, dirty facility. money hungry. do not care about people's rehabilitation. CNAs are rude and lazy. Lazy and absent administration. Try to keep people there longer than they need to for money. Again, DIRTY. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT THEM. NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED AND SHUT DOWN. Should be ashamed of running their business like this. Michelle is nice tho.

Horrible experience, they should definitely close. Place is dirty, they neglect their elders and disrespect associates family members. If you have a family member here or considering…. Don’t they are horrible people that don’t care. My grandpa only got worse being here and when we came to visit he was always dirty, when we tried to file a complaint we were ignored and our worries were not taken into consideration. Just overall avoid this place

Outdated filthy patients smell of urine and bowel .This place should be closed down Nurse's inappropriate dress attire.Wigs down to the buttock hair not tied back, Phones ring and was never answered on weekend. My heart goes out to Patients in this facility.

My best friend is here and I feel terrible. The food is terrible. The staff are rude and severely incompetent. She has had things taken from here. Don’t even ask about what happens when someone presses a call light needing assistance. They get ignored. Please don’t send your loved here. They don’t deserve this terrible place.

This place is a damn joke. The nursing staff is lazy and absolutely horrible, they neglect my uncle absolutely no discipline for any of the nurses actions, my uncle went 6 weeks without a shower because none of the nurses wanted to shower him his showers are Tuesdays and Thursday and they always forget about him, they let other residents hit him, and threaten him. they have cockroaches crawling all over the walls, this place should be shut down and restaffed, can never get a hold of the administrator seems as if he is always busy. The treatment nurse never gets to his bag on time so his skin is always raw and burning him. I have been doing this for 22 years and I would treat my patients as if they were my own family. I would hate to see the way they treat their own family, so many patient acts have been violated I am saying this loudly don't put your family in this home I am looking for another place for my uncle but no beds are open. Next step lawyer and state they are all so incompetent, they need a better organized system he has missed several ct scans because they obviously can't get him up and ready on time to get him to their transportation and it's for a very important surgery.
