Our family had a wonderful experience with MHRC from our first phone call inquiring about rehab to my dad's discharge 3 months later. From the start, the team was vested in helping my dad recover after a fall and hospital stay. They challenged, encouraged, and cared for him with heart and humor. Communication was responsive; and I knew that everyone from CNA to dietary to rehab team to nursing staff to the front office were committed to my dad's well-being. It was a tough decision for him to leave (to move to assisted living closer to his home community) because he felt everyone at MHRC had been so kind to him. Thank you to everyone for the gift of your time, care, and expertise during my dad's recovery. We highly recommend MHRC if your loved one needs care.

I cannot say enough good things about this facility. The care here is absolutely immaculate. You can tell that the staff take pride in everything they do. Everything is clean, organized, and the residents are well cared for. All the leadership team has been so helpful with all questions that I have had. They go above and beyond to make sure families feel informed and comfortable, and you can tell how much they genuinely care for the residents. It’s rare to find people so patient, knowledgeable, and kind. I would highly recommend this nursing home to anyone looking for quality care for their loved one.

I have nothing but good things to say about Minneapolis Health and Rehabilitation. Dad lived here for 1 year, 9 months, 2 weeks. He received amazing care. He had dementia. They became his family. He recognized and responded to them way better than any of us. This was bittersweet. It was sad he didn't interact with me like he did them but what an amazing feeling knowing the staff loved him as much as we did. We enjoyed their stories they had about Dad. Always made me smile. I was his medical DPOA. I never was left out of decisions regarding his care. I received calls regularly from them with questions or suggestions. We kept his primary physian in Salina. They transported him to all his appointments. Everyone was great. Office staff, nursing staff, kitchen crew, Therapy Department, housekeeping and laundry. I would love to give names but I don't want to forget somebody. I'm sure those that I would list know exactly who they are. Some no longer work here and I hope they know we appreciated their care while they were there with Dad. As we knew dad’s days were coming to an end, the staff took care of us as beautiful as they continued to take care of him. They frequently checked on him and would also make sure we had all our needs taken care of. I cannot say thank you enough. Each of you just keep being you. Keep being amazing!
