Taking Staff sides over client with obvious "MENTAL ILLNESS" without asking client what's wrong? Worker made it about "housekeeping" a service JD don't provide. Screw what benefits your clients overall mental health. Right? In the event this was to do with housekeeping (which it wasn't) but no one cared to ask. What's a few dishes to support your client? See, everybody so quick to close their eyes to what minimal issues trigger a full breakdown. But hey, that's how u make your money right?
