There is so much I could say about how wonderful the care my Mom received while there. She came in not able to walk on her own at all and now because of the following therapists (Damian, Catherine, and Heather) and therapy and care she received, she is able to walk with a walker and we are believing that she will walk soon without assistance of any kind. The nurses (Caitlin and Amethyst) and the techs( Willia, Stephanie, Endia, Koree, and Tyra) made our stay here enjoyable. You would be lucky and grateful to have them caring for you or a loved one. Again I could go on and on about how wonderful this facility is. Our family highly recommends them for your rehab care.

My mom was a resident and dad spent the days with her at Midtowne Meadows. The care givers, OT and PT therapists, maintenance and social worker teams treated them both so well!!! Facilities were super clean. It was an overall great stay for my mom till she passed to be with the Lord.

My Mom stayed there for 4-weeks to rehabilitate after a fall. The staff is solid with just some reminders every once in a while. Clean facility which is a plus.

Five weeks ago my mom had a stroke. Totally unexpected and devastating on so many levels. The day she had the stroke she immediately said “I will do whatever I have to do to be at Kooper’s graduation”. She was in the hospital a week and then transferred to Midtowne Meadows in Midlothian. Midtowne was a blessing from the beginning. My class has a service field trip to Midtowne every year and this is where I met the owner Gracen Hawley(her boys also go to OCS). She walked us through every step of the process from the time my mom was admitted to the hospital. I honestly don’t know what we would have done without her. When we got mom to Midtowne, they had already printed pictures of Kooper and Kate and had them in her room because she had a goal. None of this has been easy but having her at Midtowne has been the biggest blessing. They originally thought she would need 6 weeks of rehab but she left in 3! She worked so hard and still goes for outpatient 3 days a week. The day we took her home she cried because the people who took care of her had become her friends. The people at Midtowne are hands down the best of the best! We couldn’t have asked for better care for my mom. The therapist have pushed her and worked her hard…remember she had the goal of Kooper’s graduation and she made it! ❤️ We are forever thankful for Midtowne Meadows. If you or someone you know needs rehab, it is truly the best!!!

Great place and clean environment. Full of good people who care about their patients. The cna Jacob is great, very polite and helpful. He is one of the residents favorite. It is rare that you find a long term care facility like this one.
