While the staff may be friendly in person there is a severe lack of organization in this place. Charging patients for care they did NOT receive, lack of communication to family members, I am beyond frustrated seeing that my family member is in worse health when we picked her up than how she was when she was dropped off. Please, do not place your family members in care of them.

It was my first ever visit to Midlothian Healthcare Center. I was greeted at the door by the receptionist who was very nice and friendly. I was very pleased with the her courtesy.

My father is attending outpatient therapy at this facility following a stroke 6 weeks ago. Our family is so grateful for the caring staff and the progress they are helping my dad make in therapy. My mother commented, “I think he would have been better off coming here instead of the rehab hospital they sent him to. We are very impressed!” The building is clean and inviting, the staff are kind and professional, and we would recommend Midlothian Healthcare to our friends and family in a heartbeat! 💓
