This place is disgusting. None of the workers actually care for their patients and it shows. The whole place is full with unsupervised patients roaming around and blocking hallways. Smells like straight urine throughout the entire building and one night I heard a woman screaming “you don't care about me” multiple times to a worker while trying to escape the building. I know the elderly isn’t an easy job but don’t work in a nursing home if you can’t even have a little human decency. Southgate is the same way too. I would never send my family to any of the nursing homes around here.

My mother has been here for several months now and I feel she is getting the care that she needs. She also has met several new friends. Everyone is so nice. Mom always makes the remark that everyone is just so nice here! Friendly and caring staff.
