The location was well kept up. The staff was very attentive to the patient need. The food got there hot while I was ther, waiting time for the nurse call was very brief so I would rate this place 9 out of 10.

Our family could not be more grateful and appreciative of the amazing care my mom received, she had a hip surgery and dementia, Mo, Justine, and everyone in rehabilitation were just amazing and patient, great communication between us. Thank you Brandon, Kevin, Javier and Errma for everything you did for my mom and us. Exceptional!!! Thank you big time to every CNA, Nurse's and staff. For taking the greatest care of my mom, and Ashley for always communicating every detail. Your the best! All three activities directors, you are so warm, wonderful caring souls, and make Mesa Verde so much fun for the patient's, very thankful! My mom loved it here. We will miss you all!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts 💕

My mother was recently admitted. The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the facility, along with the helpful, smiling staff who appear to love their job. It was so refreshing and a relief to know my mom is in good hands with professionals who really care and have experience. Irma, Dahlia, and the entire team that day were truly amazing. Thank you for caring for my mom and resting my mind, knowing she's in good hands. CF

Mesa Verde was a great place to recover. I spent about 20 days at this location. Everyone was great. From the cleaning crew, to the cna’s, to the Nurses and the Physycal therapists. They all worked as a team to accommodate my needs. Even the food was great and they also provided in between snacks. I highly recommend this place.
