I would not bring your loved ones here, some of the staff is very rude from the gm down to the aides.i have been left alone in the shower while aide went off to do something else.ive been locked outside on the terrace at night because the staff was too lazy to come out and check for people before locking the door. when pushing the call button for help aides have come ,reset the call button and turn around to leave without asking if I was okay. most recently the med tech did not read my prescription chart and put in 3 times the prescribed amount in my cup.had I not noticed the over dosage my well being may have been at risk .staff response was weak with a lame apology.the gm has called me a mean and angry person because i was frustrated over these and numerous other problems . This an update from last review. I have been physically blocked by Jillian the resident care director from entering the doctors so i could attened my appointment.Second issuse involves the person behind the front desk Mike who prefered i not go outside at 8:15 pm because all the other residents were sleeping. When I reported it to the gm it bescame a safety issue and mike was only trying to protect me.So if you are looking for a place where are occasionlly bullied this is the place to be.. There are also some very nice people that work here as well.
