Clean, kind, and consistent. Mom has been happier here than in her home due to the compassionate professionalism. Meals are tasty looking and the family style dining makes residents feel at home. Mom has been here 18 months and is thriving despite her dementia.

This covid virus has been absolutely the worst situation for our loved ones who need care. I'm so glad we moved Mom to Meridian from another local highly rated place. Meridian has demonstrated their high standards for care and proved to be the right place and the best place for exactly what we needed and wanted for mom especially during her last days. I highly recommend the staff for their dedication and commitment to providing a safe and happy place for mom to live.

My mom has been a resident since March 2019, the care has been great, staff truly love the residents and do there best to provide great care. I live 900 miles away but precovid I was there monthly. Food isn't the best but if you consider dietary needs for 40 different people it is understandable. The staff have become like family to us. Thanks for the job you do EVERYDAY.

Moved Mom to Meridian Acres a year ago from another facility in Midland because of the care we knew she would receive under the direction of Lori and her staff. We have been extremely happy with the facility, staff and care they have given our mom. She is happy there. The staff treat her and the residents with understanding and kindness. Being a CNA myself-(experience with a lot of facilities) Meridian Acres is one of the best around.

02 neglect , Not calling the ambulance when in respiratory failure, and congestive heart failure, for my love one had to call for ambulance to get her. Lori R.N., neglect not recognizing bably swollen feet and legs when I asked her to look at them, saying it looked find to her. When actually she should of known to call ambulance, had fluid buildup severely affected her heart and other organs. I was relieved to see her go to the hospital and not go back to Meridian Acres.
