** RUN AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE **<br>I won‘t air my disappointment here because I made it clear to Steve (manager) that he as well as his staff are inadequate to provide home care services to the community of Redding, California. I was previously an employee of Dignity St. Vincent’s Portland, Oregon, and have been a medical professional in numerous capacities, one being home care director. I can assure you from a professional standpoint, as well as my personal experience today, this agency isn’t going to services your needs adequately. So, Redding lets not give our business to Mercy Home Care who do not treat us with dignity and respect. Let’s give or business to Interim Home Care or Arcadia Home Care so we can support those who deserve it.. Let’s show this agency we expect to be treated with professionalism, dignity, and respect! Let’s hold them accountable to their mission statement at least, and not allow them to get away with anything less than exactly what their mission statement says.. If we don‘t then we’re to blame. Thank you for your time and support Redding… I know I can count on you all to do the right thing, since you have for the last 50 years I’ve been a part of this community!!! Have a blessed day 😃
