From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome. Everyone was friendly, warm, and genuinely happy to help.<br><br>Senior Executive Director Robert Long is honestly one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. His warmth and genuine care set the tone for the whole community.<br><br>Director of Sales Bobbie Jean Valdez was fantastic as well — she took the time to walk me through what to expect when transitioning from living in a single-family home to a senior community, and her guidance made the whole process feel much less daunting.<br><br>I was also struck by how spotlessly clean the community was, while still feeling warm and inviting rather than sterile or institutional. It’s clear a lot of care goes into maintaining the space.<br><br>Overall, a wonderful experience — I’d recommend this community to anyone considering the move.

My 95 yo dad just checked in 4 days ago. So far it has been outstanding, management is always open for questions, maintenance helped make a few accommodations for my dad.. Very clean and spacious, friendly staff… shout out to Cordell, Brian , Robert and Tabitha.

The best part about our experiences has been the staff! Don't get me wrong...the remodeling of the building has really made a difference! Especially in the common areas. It is much improved. So nice! However, for us it has been the staff. They have been wonderful...the front office staff, everyone who works in the kitchen and dining room, the events coordinator, housekeeping, pink ladies, the maintenance man and the hair salon. The people who work there are who make it home.

It is hard to put into words how grateful our family is for everyone at this community. From the very beginning, my mom was treated with genuine kindness, respect, and compassion. The staff truly became like family.<br><br>A heartfelt thank you to Allison, Lori, Cordell and Tabitha for your endless patience, caring hearts, and the love you showed my mom every day. Your kindness brought our family so much comfort. Brian was always prompt and dependable whenever a maintenance issue came up, and Robert, the manager, was consistently understanding and incredibly helpful with any financial concerns/issues.<br><br>Leaving is truly bittersweet. The only reason we are moving is because my mom now needs a higher level of hands-on care. If her care needs were the same, we would happily stay.<br><br>Thank you to everyone for creating such a warm, welcoming, and caring home for my mom. We will always be grateful for the friendships, support, and compassion you showed our family. We highly recommend this wonderful community to anyone looking for a place where their loved one will be genuinely cared for.

My Mom lives at Hilltop Estates and loves it. She transitioned from living alone to Hilltop Estates with ease. She has met many friends she gets to "hang out" with them everyday. The staff is so nice, polite, fun and professional. Rob, the administrator, has always been helpful and very available anytime we needed. I'm glad we made this choice!
