We would never recommend this place. The negligence and inability to perform basic functions of a care service agency is unbelievable. Multiple times they left my MIL with no care- with no notification, no call and half hearted apologies after. Even after terminating use of their services they shared our home address with a caregiver and sent them to the house without notifying us she was even coming (also at a time that we don’t use care for). Just wild incompetence. I would never suggest using them for a loved one and we are looking into how to inform the state of their poor business practices that put their elderly patients at such high risk.

Very unprofessional aides that have more than one job , want to show up to care for you , if they feel like working. Have no problem falling asleep while working an expected the client to put up with their tiredness cause of their jobs. Management sucks. Send works to your home and don't inform you they are sending some.

As far as Mercy home health aide service its terrible first of all you're in America they have every young lady there that the majority do not speak English they're all from Dominican of Republic and when emergencies come up they can't find someone to cover your mother my mother has been with them for over 7 years probably 10 and has dementia and I've run into two issues with them so I'm saying bye bye to Mercy as of December 2017 and hello to another agency that will care for my mother the way she needs to be cared...

This agency hired a home health aide who came to my grandmother's home and video taped her and put her on her Facebook. The home health aide made fun of my grandmother on FB live and had her friends commenting. The home health aide made four videos that I found on her page, could have been more. My grandmother suffers from dementia. When I reported the violation to the agency, they became very defensive. I sent all videos to the head supervisor, who pretended she did not receive them. I sent them three times to her. It was very strange because at that same time, the home health aide deleted the videos and closed her FB account. The agency has done nothing. I am still trying to pursue this because I dont want it done to anyone else.
