My brother fall two times no one bother to X-ray him. The second time he falling he fracture his hip and they wanted to send him home and my daughter went by there and FaceTime him and he was hollow and face was all ball up an Bainbridge Memorial wanted to D C him and I told them they were not going to let him go home until they X-ray him and he had a fracture hip and those nurses knew what they were doing. They let my brother lay in that bed in pain that whole night and that day.. He was in so much pain and they didn’t give him anything all that time. He is a seizure person. Where’s the love and compassion. Janisa was a great and compassionate nurse . We had to be taken to another hospital. He was in ICU , they busy running their mouth.

My husband and I just had labs done here. Everyone we had contact with was extremely pleasant. We chose this facility because of the $10. Labs program but were blown away by the kindness and professionalism of the staff. I highly recommend!

I had a non-emergency, emergency this Sunday noonish! Part of my hearing aid dislodged in my ear to the point that my wife couldn’t see it. It was painful enough that I went into the emergency room and was greeted by wonderful personable people from the front desk all the way into the emergency room and the Doctor was top notch as well as the nurses. I retired as a RN in an emergency room several years ago and would be proud to work with them here in Bainbridge! Thank You to everyone!!!

My father is a resident here. He likes the facility, the food, and the staff. The staff is friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and observant. The facility is very clean. The facility is also attached to the hospital. So, incase of an emergency, help is available immediately. My daughter has visited. She is a paramedic and sees a lot of nursing homes. On her first visit, she was so impressed with this facility that she called her fiance (another paramedic) to tell him about it. I highly recommend this facility.

They don't even deserve the 2.5 they got. You a very very select few employees at that hospital that are good people that hurts them because there is so many more that are just plain nasty. Cassandra bouie should really be terminated or learn how to treat people. Maybe you should have a job out of the public with that nasty attitude towards everyone that comes in that hospital. I personally go anywhere else besides Bainbridge memorial Hospital. A 2.5 rating for a hospital says alot about it
