Medilodge of Milford has been a lifesaver to my family. My father in law was here for rehab and now my mother is here for full nursing care. The building might not be super impressive and it's aging a bit but what matters is cleanliness and care and management and that part is top notch here! Nick and Susan worked with me during a scary time for my mom and I, they listened and cared! Shaun helped me so much learn in the financial processes. Everyone here CARES! The nurses/RN's and aids are incredible. Response time for call buttons is best I've seen around and I've seen plenty with my loved ones.

Late review but I came to visit my dear friend over the summer all the time and just have to say the staff was amazing and the nurses were lovely. Every time I visited she would ramble on and on about how much she loved the young girl who was her caregiver and loved that she went to MSU. So happy we chose this place and that she loved it so much thank you Medi Lodge!

I could write a story about my experience, but it would take forever! I had initially had my mom residing at Caretel of Brighton, then Regency of Whitmore Lake and finally got a call from Medilodge that there was an opening. What a blessing it was. STAFF IS AMAZING...I could list everyone, but instead, you know who you are...my mom and I are incredibly grateful for everyone being over and beyond to make sure she was taken care of. Food isn't too shabby, desserts are on point, cleanliness is important and they definitely make sure that is a priority. Again, 3 different places, this one feels like home and such a better environment...recommend to anyone😉👍

I can only speak from our own experience. My wife has been here almost four years. Most of the nurses and CNA's are very caring and attentive. Some are as close as family. The facility is older but they seem to be constantly upgrading for the better. The kitchen staff does try very hard to please the residents and provide nutitious meals. A wider variety of snacks and options to the residents that would satisfy their cravings in between meals and late night snacking might be nice For many of the resident's, the meals they get may be one of the highlights for them three times a day. Limited TV channels and unsteady internet connections are a small inconvenience. I will say for the most part that this is a warm and caring facility and that the majority of staff really care about the quality of life provided to the residents whether they are re-hab, short or long term. My wife loves being here and when I am not here, I know that she is in good hands and is comfortable and safe.
