Medilodge of Sutton's Bay is a wonderful place for your loved one. I have had several family members and friends in different facilities in different states and this one is one of the best I have experience with. My stepmother has been there for 6 years. She is given excellent care and I find the staff, including administration to be very helpful ,friendly and genuinely concerned about the well being of the residents. I can highly recommend Medilodge of Sutton's Bay

Medi Lodge is top notch. The staff is attentive kind and efficient. Everything is so clean and orderly. The chefs are fabulous and creative. The activities calendar is always and interesting. It is a facility that treated my husband so very very well. Not one minute did I worry about his care there.

My father passed away. The facility here was wonderful. You treated my dad with care and love. After he passed Trevor took the absolute best care of him. He made sure my dad was all cleaned up and looking his best and he did it with the utmost respect & dignity that any of the family could have asked for. Jamie thank you for being so kind and patient with my mom. The whole staff, thank you, you made the bad situation just a little better. God Bless

All my visits were awesome from beginning to end. The environment is clean and pleasing to the eye. The reception area is inviting, relaxing and comfortable. Loved Kathy's birdies and the cat. The staff was attentive to my father, even for a late night sweet treat. He loved the hamburgers. Kudos to both Storm and Megan, who were professional, personable, friendly and kind. All the emplyees I came in contact with seem to love helping people. It is a well-run organization. Thank you for your service.

Went to visit a Family member on 4/18/23. First impressions were good. Very nice facility and clean. Staff were wonderful. My mother in law has only been there a few days but has made a complete 180 from where she was staying before. She is doing great,, seems Happy and is eating well too! I didn't get my hopes up before the visit but I must say I was totally impressed with Medilodge and all they had to offer . Thank You!
