Everything happened quite quickly with my mom’s admittance to the hospital and then to rehab. It was quite apparent that my mom was going to need an assisted living home & I had not done any research beforehand. We needed to move quickly because once she was released from rehab, we needed a place for her to go! In comes Michele to the rescue! She helped me navigate the options, took me on a tour of my top 3 choices and helped me process all of my questions! I would highly recommend Michele with Options for Senior Living. She has a wonderful working knowledge of availability and services in the area and will assist you with the utmost care and compassion!

Michele went out of her way and devoted a lot of time to help my mom find the right fit for her needs. Michele was extremely patient, was able to help articulate my mom’s priorities and focus on her concerns. 5 stars are not a high enough rating for this service!! Cathy Carter

Michelle is first and foremost concerned about our ailing mom's needs. Being highly knowledgeable with senior care and local facilities, she will do everything she can to find the best options for you and your family. She has experienced answers for any questions one might have about the process. Michelle erased our overwhelmed feelings and showed my sister and I (4) options and we were decided by that last visit. My family went from having no ideas for mom to getting her placed in a home within 5 hours! Amazing Service! 😇

Options for Senior Living has been a wonderful resource for our family over the past several months. After my mom broke her hip, she entered rehab in a skilled nursing facility, but was there only 3 weeks when we were informed Medicare would no longer cover her care there. We had very little time to decide where to place Mom next! Michelle from Options was an immediate help, providing us with detailed information regarding the various assisted living homes available in the community. She not only facilitated the tours and introduced us to staff at the homes, but she counseled us through the whole process--helping us weigh the pros and cons of each residence so that we could make the most informed decision and the best choice for Mom. We would highly recommend this service to those who are considering placing their loved one in a senior home in the Traverse City area.
