This a very good place if one has to have a family or friend live there. I am impressed with how the staff takes good care of the patients. They give them not only yhe necessities but also much love and attention. It is clean and in a very nice location.

DO NOT bring your loved one here if they are not able to care for themselves in some capacity. If your family member is completely vulnerable this is not the place! I put blame on the admission team and leadership for accepting a resident whose level of care appears to exceed what the facility can realistically provide. It’s not the staffs fault for their lack of knowledge and familiarity in higher levels of care. As a family, we have felt the need to be constantly present and involved because we have not yet been given confidence that our loved one can safely be left unattended here. Unfortunately, that can come across as overbearing, when in reality it comes from concern and lack of trust built through our experience during this first week. I truly hope our opinion changes with time, but at this point I am not very optimistic. The responsibility for this situation falls largely on the individuals overseeing admissions and operational decisions. I do want to recognize RN Crystal, who has been one of the main reasons we have stayed, along with the wound care and speech therapy staff, who have all been compassionate and helpful.

They say great food, not 2026 Easter they had for lunch was beef stew, peas, diced potatoes, and a biscuit that was hard. The kitchen is not run by Medilodge but by a contractor food service. I was hoping that we were going to get some Ham, potatoes and other things for a Easter meal. A few people were disappointed with the lunch! Sometimes the food is not very good some things are dry, over cooked. Like a hamburger I like to get but they are so dry even McDonald's looks good lol 😆 but this is just my opinion.

From the moment I stepped into the Medi lodge, I felt happy and welcomed. The staff was friendly and inviting and the building smelled, clean and pleasant. There were activities going on in the dining room and it was wonderful to see residents engaged in enjoying themselves all of the staff appeared, positive and attentive and the residents look clean comfortable and well-cared-for when I reached my mother's room, she was sitting up looking clean, happy and at ease her room was also fresh and well kept overall. I was very impressed with my visit to my lodge and left feeling reassured by The care my mother is receiving. Shelley Z.

My mom had a minor stroke and needed extra care to get her strength back, and I was so relieved she landed here. Location is so convenient, parking is easy and nearby. Every area of the facility is clean at all times! Nurses are wonderfully knowledgeable, experienced, and infinitely patient. My mom raves about everything she learns from the physical therapists, she is so grateful. Staff has been so helpful in working with insurance coverage and paperwork. Meals are varied, portions generous, well-seasoned, and always on time. I’m grateful for the kind, personable people and know my mom is in good hands.
