I would never recommend first light to anyone to care for their loved ones. They do not have trained or adequate staff to care for TBI patients. They expect you to manage your own staff and allow their staff to run their own schedules and just not show up. The safety of my daughter was jeopardized many times by being dropped and left in soiled briefs for long periods of time.They do not have a team to support training or management in muskegon area. The staff also expected to be paid extra for doing their position. Very disappointed in the unprofessionalism of this company.

I've been working with the owners for a short time but their passion for home care and helping others is very obvious. They are a great group of people! I highly recommend FirstLight Home Care to any family in need of in home care.
