They have problems wearing proper identification visible making it hard to identify who’s caring for you or who’s giving you the meds? This is required by law to be visible on person. This is certainly needed in care facilities. Simple thing so hard to comply?

Have used the facility for 8 months now and have been very happy. They have been very patient and loving to our family member and in constant communication with us. They have taken them on field trips and tried to keep them active. It is an older facility, but they keep it clean and they try to maintain a home like atmosphere. The staff has always been pleasant to work with and when issues have occurred they worked with us to resolve them quickly. It is never an ideal situation but they have made it be as good of an experience as it can be. Would definitely recommend.

Well ran facility with a solid administrative team. Residents are well cared for as well as entertained with a full activities calendar including bingo, outings and worship services. One of the best I’ve seen with the “true” star rating to back it.

My mother was recently a resident at Medicalodges Neosho. The staff was caring, friendly and helpful during her time there. I especially appreciated the office staff, therapists and caregivers being so very helpful with the whole process. They answered my questions regarding insurance, therapy, care and overall information with compassion and efficiency during a difficult time. I was kept in the loop in all aspects. Thank you, Medicalodges.

My mom has been here a couple times and it seems that each times gets worse . Today we picked her and several of her personal clothes and her hair brush were tsken by someone else , oh and someone stole her stuff . If this doesn't get tesolved i will report them to the law . The last visit was a couple weeks and the staff here didn't follow instructions that given by my dad on her medications . This place needs to be shut down they can't take care of their clients
