My mom was admitted here as an emergency coming from a horrible nursing home. They love her, and take excellent care of her. There are daily activities, a hair salon, and loving staff. She sees the facility doctor and they take her to her specialist appointments. They got my mom from a wheelchair to walking with a rolly walker with in house therapists, and she is now very independent. She loves it and plans to stay forever. I recently had a friend go there for rehab/ therapy and they also got her mobile within a few weeks. I cannot say enough about how wonderful Granby House is and would recommend it to anyone, for rehab, or long term.

My experience with this facility lasted about a week. My family member was placed here for therapy but unfortunately she passed about a week after admission. I donated her possessions and asked only for the return of a denim jacket and monies I paid upfront for her therapy,to this date I have received neither. I made many attempts to connect the administrative people and have gotten NO response. I am deeply saddened that I had to seek to help of a facility but sometimes it's necessary. My heart and prayers go to all the people there and wish no I'll on them, but I say this, I WOULD NOT recommend Granby house to anyone,I may however bless them with a civil suit.

My husband passed away at this facility. When they packed up his belongings, they gave me clothes, crayons and oxygen tubing but DID NOT give me his wallet or jewelry. Reached out to administrator with no return call. Disgusted!!!
