I went in with a friend and she hurt herself very badly and was bleeding. and not just light bleeding, a lot of bleeding. The receptionist was unbelievably rude, did not take us seriously and put as at the bottom of the waiting list which took over an HOUR BY THE WAY. For people who had colds, were younger, and in good shape. by the way it’s not even FLU SEASON. these people will let you die. Do not ever go here. and the older rude receptionist you need to either get fired or retire cause you absolutely suck at your job. Someone’s grandma went in and almost died in the waiting room thanks to these guys. if i could give it 0 to -5 stars i would. also nice fake leather seats!!

My 85 year old grandmother went in with a fever, constipation, nausea, pain, and dizziness. Upon our arrival everything was great. The staff was attentive and helpful. Then shift change happened...... the original plan was to get the fever to break (home remedies weren't working), run some tests, and get her to go to the bathroom. The next shift booted her out after her fever broke and they said her tests were "ok".... the didn't elaborate. Now she's at home in pain, unable to pass anything and progressively getting worse.....

If you're extremely ill and you're ready to meet your maker visit the meadville medical center during graveyard hours!

Brought my Mother-in-law in Saturday August 8th to the emergency room.
They admitted her.
Tuesday they were keeping track of her fluid in take. That would be the picture of the orange paper. Nobody puts their initials so you don't know who or when she had what.
Thursday I saw something black under the chair in the corner. It was men's dirty underwear.🤬
So far not very impressed!!!

I had to go in for a head injury, I spent more than three hours sitting in the waiting room without even seeing a doctor, apparently getting hit in the head with a 400lb skid and getting a concussion isn't an emergency. But once I did get seen the staff were very friendly and helpful, they are just severely under-staffed.
