This is such a welcoming place, I was a bit apprehensive when I first found this center but Lorenzo was the most reassuring person ever. He answered all my questions and was so supportive kind and patient. He made the choice so easy, so long as he’s there I know my family is cared for like his own. Amazing job!

I've had three occasions to visit loved ones here in as many years. Stafff on every level are welcoming and professional which enhances the therapeutic environment.You truly get the sense here that people are putting their best foot forward in their work and it really puts this facility ahead of most others. Thank you to the wonderful people at Meadow Park!!

First of all when you enter this facility it smells soooo good. The staff was very warm & friendly. The facility was very clean. I had a nice time visiting my family member and meeting her sweet room mate.

I want to sincerely thank the Meadow Park staff for their care during my mother’s time of need. Special thanks to Mr. Lorenzo for his dedication to quality care; he always checked in to make sure my mother was comfortable and supported. I also appreciate the PT team, Catherine and Haley, for their excellent teamwork, especially when they encouraged my mother during her therapy sessions. Her social worker, Ms. Malika, was supportive from intake to discharge and ensured resources were available, helping us navigate every step of the process. Thanks also to the nurses and techs. Ms. Tiffany, in particular, always greeted my mother with a smile and took extra time to make her comfortable, showing true passion for her work. I wish I knew the names of all the nurses, but I know you know who you are—those who showed passion, respect, and patience toward Ms. SWEETS. Your kindness made a real difference. Thank you for your patience and quality service; we appreciate everything you did.

My father was here for about a month recovering from an injury. The staff took great care of him. Everyone I spoke to was kind, patient, and happy to help. A big thank you to the nursing assistants and aides who helped make sure he was well taken care of, the PT team who helped him make progress even when he wanted to skip PT, and the social worker who helped us work out an insurance coverage issue and made sure he was set up with everything he needed when he got home.
