Maxim is horrible at scheduling. They have no idea about their clients conditions and they send you to peoples homes absolutely blind. They tell you the people are able to care for themselves but they are incompetent. I had to call them like 5 times and speak to different people about my schedule when they would put in in wrong. Horrible communication skills.
