Maxim Healthcare Greenville is a great place to work. I've been there for 14 yrs and 10 months. The office staff is great and very supportive of their caregivers. They have amazing benefits and competitive pay. Most importantly, they value their caregivers, and I would highly recommend to anyone interested in home care. This is a very rewarding field of work, and you get to set your own schedule, no hassle, no pressure. The staff is very professional and courteous. They have high standards and that's one of the reasons why I've been with them this long.

Poorly managed office with a reactive approach instead of proactive. They talk over you, use profanity in front of you and kids when they try to sell you their services and it doesn’t go their way. They even told me they have a legal team at one point like it was a good thing. That doesn’t sound like a support, that sounds like a threat. Run if you value your loved ones! There are much better loving companies that value you and your loved one’s medical care.

Working at Maxim has been a pleasure since joining on. From my first contact with the amazing recruiter Logan Dawson, to meeting the office and clinical staff, (Tracey, Kaylah, and Tanner) each and every employee at Maxim has been courteous, well informed and eager to help. The Greenville office has always been available and diligent in answering my questions and offering assistance. As an RN with almost 40 years experience, I have rarely encountered a group of individuals more dedicated to helping the staff and patients as Maxim’s Greenville office demonstrates. This office is by far the most unorganized agency I’ve ever worked for. The lack of transparency and accountability from management is a recipe for disaster. As a Registered Nurse, I’m a team player. However, when I’m called on my day OFF and chastised of all the things I’ve done wrong, that’s where I draw the line. They totally disregard the importance of clinical being readily available to train their nurses. I have accommodated and changed my schedule several times to meet the family’s needs. Unfortunately, the lack of support, appreciation and ultimately respect has lead to the decision of not continuing a professional relationship with Maxim Home Healthcare.
