I have been an RN employee at the Maxim Dayton office for several years. The Dayton office staff is amazing. They are professional,.eager to help, and willing to go the extra mile to take care of their patients, families, and employees. They are intintive to the needs of their staff, patients and families. Sadly, I agree with the other one star reviews. The Recruiter ‘s are awful…. The communication is lacking. Nobody knows anything and it takes forever to find out when you get a start date… they are very shady when it comes to the hourly rate that is being offered. They won’t give you a contract to sign unless you ask for it… come to think of it I never even signed a contract! I would definitely say avoid this nursing agency, especially the one in blue Ash Oh

My husband and I were contacted by this company to set up home care for my stepson. We even referred a wonderful nurse to them whom had worked for us for years. They hired her, we waited 5 weeks to hear about getting in home care setup, got the run around, and finally heard from the nurse we had referred that Maxim was not picking up our case. They were rude, did not communicate, and now we have have to start the process over again to find another company.
