It is reassuring to know your loved one is surrounded by people who truly care.<br><br>The facility itself is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. Our family could not be more grateful for the care and support our parents receive at Massey Springs Senior Living community. Both of our parents live with dementia and finding a place that allows them to maintain their independence & dignity while providing the assistance they need has been invaluable.<br><br>They enjoy the comfort of living in their own unit while benefiting from nutritious meals each day, have help with dressing, laundry, dispensing of medicine & light cleaning. All administered by an attentive, caring, truly dedicated staff. There is a hairdresser, physical therapist, & nurse practitioner on site & a nail tech that makes regular visits. These caregivers, lead by a knowledgeable, & caring Administrative Director, Allyson, consistently treat residents with kindness, patience, integrity, and respect. Giving our family tremendous peace of mind.<br><br>The facility is modern, comfortable, clean & efficient. They make a special effort to ensure comfort to all residences while providing a safe space. One of the most outstanding features of Massey is the wide variety of activities they offer. There is always something meaningful happening, helping residents stay active, social and connected. The administration & staff go above and beyond to create a welcoming & vibrant environment where residents can thrive not just survive.<br><br>Knowing our parents are safe, cared for, and treated as if they matter means more to us than words can express. Massey Springs Senior Living is a truly wonderful place. The staff are kind, attentive, and genuinely care about the residents. The community is welcoming, well-kept, and feels like home. I would highly recommend this facility!

My MIL lived here for several years and was faced with many issues with staff, management and residents. The staff is incompetent and unable to manage elder care. If the resident poses any issues that are common with elder care they refuse to deal with the issue. They are not capable of handling even modest elder challenges. Instead always stating this is beyond our capabilities. They will make excuses to remove the resident instead of addressing issues. Don’t have anything of value cash, jewelry in your room as is likely to mysteriously disappear. Research carefully before becoming a resident or placing a loved one in MS.
